The referendum has happened and the result has been determined, but it seems the fallout will continue for some time.
What we really need now is stability and for that we need unity across the political spectrum.
Whichever way they voted, businesses and individuals need to feel they have been listened to instead of being derided for their decision.
Rather than picking holes in the campaign pledges we need a plan.
With the Prime Minister delaying his departure and thus the triggering of Article 50, we need the Chancellor to step up and provide economic leadership and stability in the meantime.
Here in Wales we need the Welsh Government to address its disparity from the views of the Welsh people and establish a strong role in the Brexit plan and negotiations.
As a country we dragged ourselves out of the last recession through sheer confidence. Businesses like us invested in ourselves because we thought the government would start spending on infrastructure.
This spending needs to continue, if not be accelerated, to prove we are still economically strong as a country. If we can give ourselves some confidence the rest of the world will follow suit.
