Maintenance Electrician wanted

Due to expansion at its Caldicot facility, Pro Steel Engineering is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join its team.

This role will involve conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on our rapidly expanding portfolio of equipment. As well as electrical tasks, the maintenance electrician will be expected to conduct simple mechanical maintenance tasks that are within their capability and assist in other team activities when required.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 NVQ qualification, or equivalent in an electrical discipline and preferably be qualified to 17^th Edition Regs.

Previous experience of maintaining welding equipment is highly desirable and previous exposure to cranes/lifting equipment and CNC machines would be advantageous.

This position is based upon a 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday. Standard hours of work are 08:00 – 16:30

A salary of £26,000-28,000 + overtime is in addition to 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
