We are delighted to announce that we have awarded a number of places of NVQ training to ensure our employees are both safe and skilled in the workplace.

We understand the importance of upskilling our staff and giving them the necessary training that will allow them to develop in their roles.

The NVQs cover a range of skills that workers require in the workplace, including health and safety, construction management  and skill specific trades e.g steel erection and welding.

Not only are the qualifications an opportunity for our workforce to develop new skills, but they are also a recognition of the skills they have already acquired.

As a leading steel construction specialist, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service to our clients. In order to do this, it is essential that we have a proficient and highly capable team.

We have currently placed the following people on the NVQs as listed which will allow our workforce to maintain and develop its high standards of health and safety and workmanship:

  • Mark Leamon, Paul Leamon and Daniel Tyson are currently working towards their Construction Managers NVQ Level 3.
  • Ryan Marriott, Jarrod Bluck and Jamie Gannon and currently working towards their ECITB NVQ Level 2 Steel Erecting.
